Secret of Yogurt making is the help from bacteria to start fermentation. Bacteria eats the sugar present in the milk and makes it thicker; bacteria also makes lactic acid which prevents the milk to spoil and gives tart flavor to the yogurt. Because of that more the yogurt is kept outside at the optimum temperature the more thicker and tarter yogurt becomes. If kept in the refrigerator after about 7 hours of fermentation, activity of bacteria and the process of fermentation stop. Mix milk and yogurt and stir thoroughly . Cover the lid of container where the mixture is in . . Keep the mixture warm for about 7 hours .
